Features:
GWTA series High Temperature Creep and Relaxation Testing Machine is designed as low cost solutions for long-term creep and stress relaxation testing applications of metallic and alloy materials under high temperature in accordance with ASTM, BS, EN, ISO and other similar international testing standards. SANS offers three models electronic high temperature creep-testing machine with full closed-loop servo-control in three capacities: 30kN, 50kN and 100kN.
1. GWTA series is designed and manufactured by SANS, for long-term Creep and Stress Rupture test and stress relaxation test that involve maintaining constant loads for extended periods of time.
2. Replace lever arm machine and allow conducting stress relaxation test.
3. Ball screw and servo motor drive system is easy for loading.
4. Either load control or extension control assures high control accuracy and load accuracy.
5. Imported load cell assures high accuracy, reliability and stability.
6. Imported servo controller ensures high performance of the whole system.
7. Manual function permits manual unloading operation in order to protect the machine, especially load cell.
8. Main functions for software: specimen registration, control of multiple testing machines, data acquisition/record/query/processing/export. |
