This machine is used for determination of burst pressure and cyclic pressure fatigue of various steel gas cylinder. Widely applied to gas cylinder quality inspection stations, manufacturers, quality inspection stations, research and academies.
ZNY series comprises of upper controller and lower controller. Upper controller is to issue test instructions, receive original test data, process data and graphic, and manage data, and with power-off auto-saving function enabling recalling test data after power-on, which ensures long time continuous test. Upper controller software can configure test parameters for each station and display test curve and results of each station. Lower controller controls hydrostatic pressure according to upper controller instructions. Air powered water pressure supply and imported booster pump provide pressure supply with high stability. Main Frame:
Comprise of control cabinet and stainless steel water bath. Rational layout of equipment, individual electricity and water supply. All pipelines are jointed with stainless steel fitting with nice outlook and high durability. In the top part of control cabinet lays AD813 closed-loop control system, in the middle lays key components: imported electromagnetic valves, imported accumulator, imported load transducer. In the bottom lays pressure supply system comprising of high pressure pump, accumulators and air pipelines. High speed pressure supply and pressure accumulation. Able to meet long hours and frequent burst test.
